CPR & FIrst Aid

Course Information

CPR and First Aid Courses run between 4 and 6 hours depending on your course needs. We can teach at your location or at ours. All courses are in classroom and included hands on skills pratice. Upon successful completion of the course participants will receive an American Red Cross CPR/AED/Frst Aid certification which is valid for two years. Digital certifications will be available within 2 days of course completion. All courses can be taught with or without the First Aid option.


  • Ability to perform skills on the floor.

Course Options

  • Lay Responder CPR/First Aid

    • 4 hour course, ideal for anyone. Complies with OSHA and State requirements for most businesses

  • BLS/Healthcare Providers

    • 6 hour course. Basic Life Support, or BLS, generally refers to the type of care that first-responders, healthcare providers and public safety professionals provide to anyone who is experiencing cardiac arrest, respiratory distress or an obstructed airway. It requires knowledge and skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), using automated external defibrillators (AED) and relieving airway obstructions in patients of every age.

  • We also offer a variety of First Aid Courses including:

    • First Aid

    • Stop The Bleed​

    • Blood Borne Pathogens

    • Emergency Oxygen Administration

    • AED Use

    • Emergency Medical Responder
